By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by alonedt5 at https://alonedt5.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and alonedt5 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani users accessing alonedt5 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and all other cities and regions of Pakistan, as well as any other jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessible. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

To open an account on alonedt5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. alonedt5 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gaming products on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts registered on behalf of another individual, and agency accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility — not alonedt5's — to confirm your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close associate of alonedt5 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have previously held an alonedt5 account that was closed for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other policy violation.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each player may hold exactly one (1) alonedt5 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. alonedt5 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts across all registration channels.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alonedt5 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified alonedt5 of an unauthorised access event before the relevant activity occurred.

• Keep your password secure and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this is strongly recommended for all alonedt5 players.
• Log out of your alonedt5 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify alonedt5 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

alonedt5 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict access to any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise being operated in violation of these Terms.

alonedt5 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer. No foreign currency deposits are accepted directly through the Platform cashier.

Deposits are credited to your alonedt5 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the case of JazzCash and EasyPaisa, confirmation is typically received within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the originating institution's processing times.

By depositing funds into your alonedt5 account, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• You are the legitimate account holder of the payment method used to make the deposit.
• You are depositing for the purpose of personal gaming activity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that deposited funds used for gaming may be lost, and you accept that risk voluntarily.

alonedt5 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of alonedt5. Any such third-party fees are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal of funds from your alonedt5 account is subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full prior to the withdrawal request being processed:

• KYC Verification Completed: You must have submitted and received approval of your CNIC-based identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is finalised.
• Wagering Requirement Met: Where your account balance includes bonus funds or funds derived from a promotional offer, the applicable wagering requirement must have been satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• No Outstanding Security Reviews: Your account must not be subject to an active security review, fraud investigation, or compliance hold at the time of the withdrawal request.

The minimum single withdrawal amount on alonedt5 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified CNIC details. alonedt5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

alonedt5 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including bank statements, proof of address, or source of funds declarations — in connection with any withdrawal request where enhanced due diligence is warranted. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

alonedt5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where the specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all alonedt5 bonuses unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani residents aged 21 and above with a fully registered alonedt5 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met using real money stakes.
• alonedt5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonus claims already in progress.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the alonedt5 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or upon request from alonedt5 support. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

alonedt5 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino and slot games. The RNG certification is independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and uninfluenced by any party including alonedt5. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical means — real cards, real dice, or real roulette wheels — in streamed studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error during a game session, the following applies:

• alonedt5 will attempt to restore the game session to its last confirmed state where technically possible.
• Where restoration is not possible, alonedt5 may at its discretion refund the stake associated with the affected round to the player's account balance.
• alonedt5 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical failures including internet connectivity drops, device hardware failure, or browser incompatibility.

Sports betting markets on alonedt5 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body — including the PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, the ICC for international cricket, and the relevant federation for all other sports. Settlement is typically completed within two (2) hours of the official result being confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alonedt5 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, and identity fraud.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Match-fixing and insider information — placing sports bets based on knowledge of pre-determined match outcomes or non-public insider information, including in PSL fixtures or any other cricket markets.
• Automated betting software — using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other software to automate wagering activity on the Platform without express written consent from alonedt5.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, or systematically exploiting bonus structures in a manner not consistent with normal player behaviour.
• Money laundering — using the alonedt5 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds. alonedt5 complies with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

All content on the alonedt5 Platform — including but not limited to the alonedt5 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, animations, and audio — is the intellectual property of alonedt5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written authorisation from alonedt5.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any alonedt5 content, branding, or game assets.
• Use the alonedt5 name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication, marketing material, or social media content without prior written consent.

alonedt5 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at alonedt5.net/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by alonedt5 — including your CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing communications where you have consented to receive them.

alonedt5 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties including payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate business need.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alonedt5 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of winnings, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance.
• Any loss or corruption of data, including account balance records, bet history, or personal information, arising from circumstances beyond alonedt5's reasonable control.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party service providers — including payment processors, game providers, and telecommunications providers — that affect your experience on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits alonedt5's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. alonedt5's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

You may close your alonedt5 account at any time by submitting a written request to alonedt5 support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met or the associated bonus funds forfeited. Your verified real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

alonedt5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity. Dormant account fees may apply as notified separately.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

Where an account is closed by alonedt5 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at alonedt5's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct.

alonedt5 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of all Pakistani players who use the Platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or a response to personal difficulties. alonedt5 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no cost, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. alonedt5 will notify you when your session limit is approaching and automatically log you out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, access to real-money gaming is suspended until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

Players who feel they may have a problem with their gaming behaviour are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion and limit-setting tools described above. alonedt5 will never penalise a player for requesting responsible gaming controls, and support requests related to responsible gaming are treated with the highest priority by our team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alonedt5 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents alonedt5 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or legitimate business interests.

Pakistani players acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Pakistan is evolving and that it remains their personal responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform is consistent with any applicable local laws or regulations in force at the time of use.

alonedt5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, alonedt5 will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders — via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform — at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter player rights, or updates required by regulatory changes — alonedt5 may update the Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the alonedt5 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit a closure request to alonedt5 support before the amendment takes effect.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, or if you wish to raise a complaint or dispute in connection with your alonedt5 account or any gaming activity on the Platform, please contact the alonedt5 support team in the first instance:

All complaints must be submitted in writing via the email address above. Verbal complaints communicated via live chat are acknowledged but must be followed up in writing to initiate the formal dispute resolution process. When submitting a complaint, please include your registered account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or transaction references.

alonedt5 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, alonedt5 will notify you of the expected resolution timeline and provide progress updates at regular intervals.

If you are not satisfied with alonedt5's resolution of your complaint after the internal process has been exhausted, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in your account's jurisdiction documentation. alonedt5 will cooperate fully with any such escalation process.
